ABOUT ME
Hello and thanks again for visiting. I'm a content creator and multimedia specialist, with over 10 years of experience working in the e-commerce industry. I spent 8 of those years applying Search Engine Optimization (SEO) techniques to my work. I love creating content, whether it's taking photographs for product pages, shooting videos for YouTube, or designing graphics for promotions. I even write SEO-friendly content to help web pages obtain solid listings on search engines. (Well, I'm really talking about gaining listings on Google, but there are other search engines out there, kind of).
I started right when the dot-com bubble burst in Silicon Valley. I worked at Beyond.com when it was a software/electronic retailer competing with Amazon for e-commerce dominance. After the dot-com bubble burst, I worked at Yahoo! Studios on one of the most popular live webcasts on the Internet. Due to 9/11, I witnessed Yahoo! Studios shift its programming from Finance News to World News. After the contract ended I moved to San Diego and got my first job working in the SEO field. Over the years I have honed my skills in photography, digital image editing, research and analysis, video production and SEO; a jack of all trades.
I love content creation for small and large businesses and I know the strategies necessary to remain competitive in an ever growing marketplace. As long as the Internet is up and running, I'm certain I can adapt to its ever-changing technology and contribute to the wonderful things that come from it.
